City of Eutaw Alabama – Open RFQ, RFP, and BID Opportunities
The City of Eutaw has the following open RFQ/RFP/Bid Opportunities:
RFQ – Request for Qualifications – Professional Tank Maintenance Services, to include Painting, Inspection, and Maintenance – qualified applicants will be added to an approved vendors list, to be in effect for the next 7 years.
RFQ – Request for Qualifications – Engineering and Architectural Services in anticipation of applying for CBDG grant funds in Fiscal Year 2023 – qualified applicants will be added to an approved vendors list, to be in effect for the next 4 years.
RFP – Request for Proposals – Grant Writing and Grant Administration Services, in anticipation of applying for CBDG grant funds in Fiscal Year 2023 – qualified applicants will be added to an approved vendors list, to be in effect for the next 6 years.
RFP – Request for Proposals – Debris and Storm Damage Clean Up, in preparation and to mitigate future storm damage clean up projects. This is in anticipation of potential storm damage clean up and debris clean up for the next 4 years. Qualified applicants must be compliant with all state and federal guidelines, including, but not limited to FEMA, AEMA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations to ensure compliance and to ensure proper use and reimburse of funds for contracting services. Approved vendors will be placed on a preferred vendors list for the next 4 years.
