Notice of Surplus.

Please read the following information very carefully, the information and instructions are provided to ensure a fair bidding process for any interested party. A properly completed bid form, payment of non-refundable bid fee, and submission of the bid by sealed envelope to the City Clerk’s Office is required by September 28th, 2021 at 8am.

The City of Eutaw passed a resolution, at the September, 14th, 2021 declaring the following items as surplus and approving the following bid process:

Items indicated herein for surplus are to be sold “as is” by the City of Eutaw by public bid to any interested party. The City of Eutaw reserves the right to reject all bids.

PLEASE VISIT CITY HALL OR DOWNLOAD BID FORM

To arrange an inspection of the items listed below, please contact Mr. Larry Sanford, public works director at 205-315-1040 Monday to Friday from 7AM to 4PM. The best time to inspect the items will be during the morning from 7:15 to 8:00 AM.

Bids will be opened on September 28^th, 2021, at the regular council meeting. No items will be held, no reserves are established, and all willing bids need to be paid within 24 hours of notification of winning bid. Bids must be paid by certified funds check or money order (no cash, no personal checks) to the City of Eutaw Alabama.

All bids submitted must be in a sealed envelope with the following form completed. No late bids will be accepted. All bids must be turned into the City of Eutaw City Clerk’s Office no later than 8am on September 28^th, 2021.

A $5, non-refundable, bid fee must be included with each bid submitted. Your bid is not eligible if the bid fee is not included with the form. All bid fee’s must be in a certified funds check or money order (no personal checks, no cash).
