Mayor Latasha Johnson (Eutaw) and Mayor Hattie Samuels (Boligee).
After ongoing discussions from March to September 2022, regarding the operation of the Boligee Water/Sewer System; Eutaw and Boligee have agreed to administratively consolidate their systems. The combined system, owned by the City of Eutaw, will be responsible for maintaining all of the water and sewer infrastructure in Boligee and Eutaw.
This is in anticipation of ADEM grant funding to provide necessary system upgrades.
