Public Works Director, Larry Sanford surveys the rehabilitation of Springfield Avenue and the City Park on Springfield Avenue.
Springfield Avenue has experienced erosion and washouts for many years. Mayor Johnson, with #TeamEutaw are working on a comprehensive plan to bring much needed public works improvements to the City of Eutaw. The Springfield Avenue project will provide for many benefits to residents.
A cleaned drainage ditch, free of overgrowth, which will allow storm water to enter the creek, instead of staying on the roadway. This project will also allow for use of the existing pavilion and picnic areas on Springfield Ave!
