For new customers, please indicate the property type and business type if applicable. 

A non-refundable account establishment fee will apply at the time of account setup.

To setup an account, you must provide:

1. Proof of Identity
2. Proof of Address
   1. If rental, Landlord Verification is Required
3. Account Establishment Fee

For Non-Residential Accounts:

1. Proof of Address
   1. Landlord Verification if Rental
2. Business License (inside City Limits or Police Jurisdiction)
3. Photo ID of Primary Account Holder
4. Account Establishment Fee
