Payment Arrangement or Extensions?
If approved, a payment extension will allow you to extend your bill due date by up to 30 days. Payment extensions are allowed for documented hardships only. A payment extension will put your account in a hold status, prevent late fees, and any disconnections during the extension period. A payment extension is valid for 30 days only and can not be renewed or extended.
A payment arrangement will allow you more time to pay your bill. Depending on the amount of your bill, you can split the payment over 90 days, 6 months, or up to a year.

Please allow a few business days for your request to be reviewed. Please note, any form submissions after the 10th of the month may not be approved. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know when you receive your bill!
