Water System Survey
To help improve our customer service, and water system as a whole, we are asking customers to participate in a short survey about the water system with their next water bill!
Last year, we only had 35 responses for the survey. We used those responses to better develop our customer service and online payment offerings. If we have more responses to the survey, we can make better decisions and recommendations.
The survey, will be active on 7/28/2022 and your water bill will provide more information on how to access the survey. You will use your last name, all capital letters and your customer number as the access key to the survey. If your last name is smith and your account number is 312 your access key would be SMITH312. You can only take the survey one time.
