Mr. Joe Powell, assistant city clerk, and Ms. ShaKelvia Spencer, city clerk, were sworn in as municipal court magistrates. Having additional, sworn magistrates, will allow the court to operate more efficiently in case of sickness. Mr. Joe Powell and Ms. ShaKelvia Spencer were sworn in by Municipal Court Judge Josh Swords.
